Refund policy

RETURNS
Our policy is to accept any exchanges or make any refunds within a 30-day period from the time the product was shipped.

Please Note:
We are only able to offer refunds or returns on damaged or defective products. We are not able to accept returns for change-of-mind. Any “Free – Just Pay Shipping” items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received in a defective condition - include a photo image. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions or concerns at garageaquatics2023@gmail.com.

For refunds on damaged or defective products, please include a photo image of the damaged or defective item to our customer support. Following the photo proof of damage, a refund will be promptly issued. At that time, we would invite you to return to garageaquatics2023@gmail.com and reorder your item.
For Custom Printed Items on our site, with a change of mind, please cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.

If you receive any of our printed products in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately and include a photo image of the defective product. We will send a new, replacement product to you, at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds products (when applicable):
If you have yet to received your refund, first check your bank or credit card account, it may take up to 14 days before your refund is officially posted.
If after 14 days, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at garageaquatics2023@gmail.com.

Exchanges (when applicable)
If it turns out that you received a damaged or defective product, you may return it for a full refund.  Send us an email at garageaquatics2023@gmail.com. A return address will be provided along with return instructions.

Shipping return products
We will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and cover shipping costs when returning your damaged or defective item. To return a product, email us at garageaquatics2023@gmail.com. A return address will be provided along with the RMA and return instructions.
